Please update your Official Time at the start of every cut-off to avoid DTR errors. Quick Steps: 1. Input your correct Cut-off Beginning Date to sync the period. 2. Input your Assigned Store Schedule. 3. Remove hours on Rest Days (Leave them blank with no time). 🚨 IMPORTANT: No updated schedule means your DTR won't save, dates won't show up, and the system will tag you as ABSENT on reports. Please double-check yours now! TY!
Please make sure your DTR attachments are saved correctly. When saving your DTR, look for this pop-up message at the bottom of your screen: 👉 "ENTRY PROOF UPLOADED SUCCESSFULLY" If you do not see this exact message, your DTR was NOT saved. Please re-upload or try again.
